Reviews of Brassall, QLD
"Family friendly"
Living here feels like being part of a big family. It's peaceful, with parks where kids play till the sun sets. Neighbors are friendly, always up for a chat or to lend a hand. Schools here are great, and there's a cozy cafe just around the corner that's perfect for weekend brunches. For young couples and families, it’s ideal. Honestly, it’s just lovely here.

"Diverse"
Brassall has been a great place to live and prefer it slightly to the North side of Brisbane for its quieter streets and because of its greater sense of community and the amount of green space. It has a great community spirit- I know all my neighbours and there’s community groups like Brighter Brassall that care about the place. It is diverse however, and the newer estates can be hit-and-miss, like anywhere that packs houses in like this. Good parks, okay shops and close to the Ipswich City Centre.
"Living in Brassall"
I think Brassall has a lot to offer. I have lived in many different suburbs of Brisbane and It’s probably one of my favourite places I have lived. I have lived in Hawthorne and Bulimba, Murarrie and Gordon Park, Windsor, Wilston. You get good and bad I think every place you go. I have found mostly positive in Brassall.

"Convenient Suburb"
I lived in Brassall for 5 years, our street was always quiet and the neighbours were lovely. We were located just up the road from the schools which made school pick ups and drop offs easy. Brassall shopping centre was just down the road also along with fuel stations and takeaway shops. Even though we were close to the highway we never heard it :)

"Great convenient suburb"
Been living in Brassall for 8 years now and it is great. There are different areas of Brassall though and the "old area" is better than the new Brassall Heights. With both Woolworths and Aldi just down the road, 3 primary schools and a high school in the area, 4 child care centres to choose from. 10 mins to Riverlink and just jump on the highway straight to Brisbane for work.

"It was okay but I am glad that I have moved."
Brassall has a lot of good points like Woolworths, small IGA and soon to be Aldi, has McDonalds, KFC, HJ’s, Pizza Hut, Dominoes, as well as other take away shops. Doctors, gym, parks.
These days I would not like to live in Brassall as in my opinion it has declined a lot in terms of the class of people who reside there.

"A little more about Brassall"
The suburb of Brassall covers an area of approximately 8 klm in size and boasts 7 parks throughout the suburb. Parks cover approximately 3% of Brassall. We are also fortunate enough to have our own local shoping centre located on Hunter Street and also have a number of fast food outlets that service the area, like KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds and also a Chinese takeaway.
"Hello Brassall - Its great to be home."
I grew up in Brassall and went to school here. Until recently I came back every week to visit. Now I work in the area and it just feels like coming home.

"A Great place to live"
I love brassall and love living here for a huge amount of reasons some of which include the central location and the friendly people who call Brassall their home.
Brassall offers its residents a large amount of schools, shops, sporting facilities and one of the largest amount of churhes of any suburb in Ipswich if not Brisbane. The local shopping complex comprises of two major retailers "Woolworths" & "IGA" and also boasts eateries, cafes, Subway, KFC, opitcal stores and hairdressers.
The soil type in Brassall is also very solid for building and most of the suburb is flood free and mine free. brassall offers quick highway access to the Warrego Hwy for Brisbane and Toowoomba commuters and also is only a few mintues drive to Riverlink and the Ipswich CBD.
