Reviews of Bucasia, QLD
"Community Minded"
The community vibe in this suburb is heart warming! The beaches are stunning and dog friendly too.
Enjoy a family BBQ at Seaview Park while the kids play and swing until their heart is content or launch the boat near the caravan park.
Spend Sunday brunch at the Beachfront Bar & Restaurant and stay in the “Bucasia bubble” with a local IGA, bottle-o, fish and chips, chemist and more. Plus it is only a 4 minute drive to Woolworths, Gym, Take-away, specialty shops and Coles etc.
Really enjoying the coastal feels!

"Best Beach in Mackay...without a doubt!"
We grew up here as kids. The place is an established suburb, with the charm of beach houses, large trees and wonderful people. The main traffic to Shoal Point passes behind the village area of Bucasia. We have shops, doctors, service station and everything else. Our quaint cafe, is getting busier. We love living here, wide footpaths and streets make it easy to get around on foot or skateboard. The local pineapple farm will keep you in fruit for alot of the year.
