Reviews of Burbank, QLD
"Practically Chandler - so why the rating?"
I live near here / Chandler. They're close to the same place (Chandler has more infrastructure and is more central, to be fair) but Burbank has a 5.3 and Chandler has a 9.6... just trying to even up the ratings here.

"Country living in the city"
I rented in Burbank for a short time and found it convenient in some ways and frustrating in others. Burbank is only about 20 min from the city, 10 min from Mount Gravatt and 10 min from Redlands suburbs. It is amazing that there are houses on such big pockets of land so close to the CBD. The place I was staying at was on 8 acres. I found it annoying how there are no shops that you can quickly duck into if you need something quick. The closest shops are at Wishart, about a 8 min drive. Many of the properties are neatly presented, but there are also many hoarder houses with old trucks, boats and junk everywhere.

thank god renters like you can't afford Burbank...you weren't born in the area and do not understand how hard Chandler people have worked to retain it's natural beauty and no Woolies or Bunnings....trust you're loving your new rental in Capalaba where you have your ammenities oh and Centrelink ! You asked for it...don't slam Burbank when you have zero clue and were evicted
