Newly developed suburb we were one of the first to move in stage 1A in 2017. Experience the beauty of nature and the convenience of urban living only 15 mins drive to Shellharbour beach . Numerous parks and walk ways, proposed schools, shops and even a pub which should be built by the end of this year (2021) At the time of writing this review a 550 square block will set you back 500k so you can imagine the cost with a house and the area value once the development is finished.
