Reviews of Casuarina, WA
"Undiscovered Gem"
Casuarina is a semi-rural area with lots between 2 and 5 acres. The Marri Park area is built around the golf course and is all 2 acre lots with scheme water which is a huge bonus as everyone else on semirural has to pay for tank water. It's 2 minutes off the freeway and the train station is a 5-minute drive. It's a quiet area but unfortunately, suburbia is creeping closer. It is an amazing spot to raise kids, and some private schools have buses pick up the kids. Lots of wildlife and there's a Costco being built on Thomas Road.

"Casuarina - known for the secure accommodation!"
Casuarina is a semi-rural area in the Shire of Kwinana, with a population of around 1100. Some of the area is large lots where landowners may build houses, but they must keep the surrounding bushland intact. There are no real amenities in the immediate area, such as schools, medical faciltiies or shopping areas. This is because the most well known accomodation in the area is the self contained maximum security prison. This is where most of the 1100 residents live and naturally they have limited needs for outside resources. This is an informational post, rather than a rating of any sort.
