"Paradise only 40 minutes from Brisbane CBD (35 with no traffic)"
Just moved here and it's amazing. You're not that far from town but have no issues with noise, traffic and crime. The whole suburb is picturesque and all my friends envy my views when they visit. There parks and walking trails and numerous places to swim in rock pools fed by waterfalls.
The only downside at the moment is the lack of phone reception and good internet. We have no mobile reception at our house and have to use the ADSL to make calls.
The locals are lovely people and Samford is only 12 minutes away for supplies.
It's much more affordable than Samford and in my opinion it's the Better option.
