Reviews of Colo Heights, NSW
"Live your best life"
I lived in Colo Heights for seven years and regrettably, had to leave due to illness in the family. I have never lived anywhere where I felt as safe as there! I loved the rural lifestyle with plenty of space and a caring community yet still close enough to the city to commute for work.
I loved the array of birdlife, native animals, the views, the bush-walks, the safety but most of all, the people! Colo Heights people are from all walks of life, young and old and very welcoming. There is always someone to laugh and chat with or lend a hand. When in need, you are not alone - unless you want to be. There is weekly tennis, exercise classes and yoga - do none, one or all!
Colo Heights is a great place to raise kids with plenty of
room to run, play, ride bikes, horses and raise animals. The excellent school is small and gets great results because no child gets lost in the crowd or slips through the cracks! The kids are amazing - respectful, caring and capable!
It's only about half an hour to the shops at Wilberforce, Windsor or Richmond but the local servo or a neighbour can usually provide a necessity if needed.
For lifestyle and well-being, why would anyone choose to have their spirits squashed by living in a box jammed in on all sides on a tiny bit of dirt amidst traffic, crowds and pollution when they could live -really live - for the same price or less in Colo Heights?
