"You are nuts if you want to live in Gleeson Street"
I would not live in Crows Nest especially around Gleeson Street. Children ride their bikes all over the road so you have to watch out for them. Drunks wander down from the pub and sit in your gutter as well as the dogs constantly bark down this street

"Clean, Green, Quiet"
If you are after a relaxing lifestyle with a friendly neighbourhood, not much can beat Crows Nest. The town is big enough for most of the essential services, but small enough to prevent the suburban anonymity that plagues larger cities.
