"undiscovered gem"
I was interested in looking at the houses for sale down Riverview
Drive, I was told to park down the street and watch who comes and goes that way you get to see who your neighbours would be, I did this and now, I am not that keen. There is some nocturnal activities, usually all night, by some of the residents. If you are interested in buying, park down the street and see for yourselves, beautiful street, just a shame about some of the neighbours.

- 3/4 of the time it is nice and quiet

- Nocturnal activities by some residents keep you awake

I live in Dareton and I love our home. I live in the town and it is relatively quiet. It has had a bad wrap for way too long. Local post office, supermarket, take away, schools, community pool, fishing, boating, Club, lawn bowls and golf if that is your thing. Only a 2 minute walk to the river for a beautiful walk to watch the sun rise or set. Only 20 minutes to Mildura. The biggest pull I would say is that the house prices are very affordable considering the current market.
