Looking for a home in Fraser Rise?

"Great value with a modern lifestyle."

Fraser Rise borders Caroline Springs and Taylors Lakes. It’s a new estate that has nice modern homes and some homes that have a classic style charm. You are close by to many walking tracks, schools and shops. Living close by to Caroline Springs you are also spoiled by more choices with restaurants and lake walks. Most of the streets are fairly quiet.

Driving to city you have access to two main freeways. Also a 5 min drive to the Watergardens train station.

"Family Rental Opportunity"

Came into looking at the suburb for a possibility of family rental, found the prices soaring up and the families coming in. A lot of close by established infrastructure as well as a lot on the way. Would recommend

"Great place to start a young family"

Fraser Rise is a new Suburb just behind Taylors Hill, Caroline Springs and Hillside. it is a prime location due to there is already shops, Schools, Childcare Playgrounds with BBQ ect. Easy access to freeway and plenty of ways to head into the CBD. Median house prices are already in the $600k+ which is kind of hard for young family to afford but if you can afford it then it will be good investment for your growing family. 90% of houses are owner occupied which is great knowing you won’t see new neighbours every once a year ect.
