"Time for a Change.."
Arrived in Adelaide several years ago with my young family and began the arduous task of finding that dream location to live; a place to feel safe, a quiet suburb with character settings and a population of friendly people who care about there surroundings. In essence, I was searching for a suburb that would lift your spirits by simply being there. We found this and more in Grange. In my opinion, the local primary school is amongst the best in Adelaide. The education it provides is not determined by the dollars you earn and Grange Primary School continues to exceed our expectations. The ready access to the beach and the scenic walks available in the immediate area is pleasing and a real treat. Restaurants are a little scarce but a few minutes travel will see you arrive at major shopping facilities in West Lakes and some reasonable places to eat can be found along the coast. If you’re that way inclined, you can always travel the 10 easy kms to the city. If you’re looking for a pleasant and family friendly environment; safe for your children and a little peace and quiet, then I highly recommend you look at Grange… the best sea side suburb Adelaide has to offer.

"A family friendly house"
I looked through this house and its very family friendly, easy to clean and pet friendly!! I think its the only one that allows pets. Stunning new ensuite, double basin and huge double shower. New Ilve oven and laminate floor boards. All bedrooms have wardrobes and fans. The large lounge has a split system and the dining has gas heating and evaporative heating and cooling that is ducted throughout. Beautiful scenery, a good organic cafe and fashion store, 7 day mart, hairdresser and organic market within walking distance. A few odd jobs need to be done around the house but they will be completed before change over. Minimal traffic (in a paved caldesac), large yard but all plants on a dripping system front and back. Five fruit trees and space for your own veggie patch!

"Relaxed beachside living close to the CBD"
This beachside suburb to the west of Adelaide is a great spot to live. Just a 20 minute drive along Grange Road, and you will be able to dip your toes in the sea.
Many of the homes in the region are old, large and comfortable, with substantial renovations taking place. A number of new waterfront properties are popping up, following the trend along the entire South Australia coastline. House prices rise exponentially with every metre closer to the sea.
Grange has a number of shops and cafes nearby, and the facilities of West Lakes are only a suburb away.
With a number of retirees in the region, the Grange Golf Club (one of SA’s leading golf clubs with two adjacent top courses) is very popular.
This is a lovely spot, close to the CBD but with lots fresh sea air to help you feel a thousand miles away.
