Reviews of Hadfield, VIC
"Fast-growing suburb with many nearby stations"
This fast-growing suburb is known for its strong community vibe.
In addition to the bustling West Street and North Street shops, there are also numerous new cafes, restaurants and ice-cream shops currently opening.
In comparison to it's surrounding suburbs, houses in this area sell for about 5-10% more, apart from Pascoe Vale which is a 5-minute drive away.
It is easy to reach the city via Sydney Road, as both sides of the suburb have rail stations.

Harsh call. The cemetery is 1/2 a km maybe 1-km from all the major streets (West Street and Middle Street). Eerie maybe if you walked the suburb after curfew on a full moon evening?!
Like a cemetary really you have no idea have you the area is older than you and has a great feel to it but I have a thought for you move to Broadmeadows maybe that's more you
Recently moved in to the area. The neighbourhood is really good. Close to shops and good value to buy considering its not far from CBD

"Close it the city and so affordable"
This hidden suburb is so close to the city (about 12 km) and is still very affordable.... but not for long so be quick. With so many shopping options, cafes, restaurants and the buzz of city life, you cannot go past it. You will find that it is convenient living at its best.
The average rental income to be achieved for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is between $360 - $400 per week.

"Once average suburb is seeing new home developments"
Have been a frequent visitor to Hadfield over the past 10 years and recently have noticed many new 40 square homes hitting the market - no doubt developers have started to see the potential and flow on from the boom in Pascoe Vale.

Agree, big time. An eerie suburb.
