"Home of Miss Universe, Sue Carson and other quietly famous people"
Quiet, friendly, community minded people with strong tradional values. Only a few minutes drive to shopping centres, schools, olympic sporting fields and heated pools. Pony club, skateboard and BMX ramps. Plenty of walking tracks and safe to live life overlooking sugarloaf mountain.

- Close to F3 hub and shopping centres
- Plenty of recreation activities
Not great for
- A little too quiet at times
- Limited public transport after 7PM
- Very difficult to rent or buy
