Hyde Park, SA 5061

Hyde Park isn't a large suburb however it is exclusive. Located only 5 mins from the CBD there is a number of great boutiques to shop at along King William Road. One of my favourite hotels is the Hyde Park Tavern. Beautiful tree aligned streets and great parks surround the suburb.

Brilliant suburb to live in. Beautiful homes and great little shopping strip there on King William Street. So close to the city as well. King William st does get a little busy in the morning and some people use the side streets as short cuts but its getting better.

I have been working in the area for 20 years and just love it. Very expensive though. It has everything. Beautiful houses, parks and gardens, shops and your close to the city. Wish I could afford to live there. Maybe when I win the cross lotto.

Hyde Park is a must-have South Australian address. Nestled just to the south of the city and to the immediate east of Unley, Hyde Park offers a lifestyle like no other.

House prices in this suburb are high, and rental properties are difficult to come by. Parking is at a premium too, and can be a challenge if your property does not have a garage or driveway.

The main strip of Hyde Park is King William Road. This offers one of Adelaide’s best selections of coffee shops, cafés, homewares, bridal stores and fashion. It is a must for a long lunch and shopping blitz with your girlfriends.

Convenient to the Adelaide CBD, you can be in the city centre within 5 minutes by car or easily by public transport (with frequent bus lines).

Hyde Park is a beautiful suburb and a great spot to be based for lifestyle, and this is reflect in the prices.
