Reviews of Kallaroo, WA
"Looking to buy"
There is a big east of Dampier Ave, west of Dampier Ave divide I’ve found. The older buildings are on the east side will probably be redeveloped as you can already see happening in pockets and rezoning has put me off. Have rented in Scarborough and don’t want to live in another area like it. Also look into the public high school option, you may well choose to go private. The hunt for a new home continues.
"Unique, great location, friendly locals"
A unique coastal suburb boasting a great community primary school, kindy, North Shore Community Hub/Tennis Club, North Shore to the West of Dampier ave is full of award winning large homes developed in the 80s and 90s, while "old Kallaroo" has been undergoing a lot of gentrification and is still somewhat affordable. West of Dampier has more retirees, more young families East of Dampier. People who move to Kallaroo usually dont end up leaving!

"Perfect suburb at an affordable price"
Love living here. Close to beach, great shopping and not too far from the city. It doesn't seem to be a well known suburb though- maybe that is why it is so affordable. So happy we moved here!

"Beautiful place by the sea, with all the benefits for the family and friends."
Great schools, parks and ocean access! Hidden gems in the form of parks, garderns and the beach are nestled throughout this suburb. The ocean front walking path enables ready access to hillarys by bike and rides north without the hassle of traffic. Great people with a friendly atmosphere in every street.
