"Close to everything"
Kennington is well serviced by shops, schools, La Trobe University, parks, lakes and recreation and is only approx 3km from central Bendigo. While an older area of Bendigo, Kennington is landlocked with no real available land for new developments, meaning a lot of the older houses are being purchased to capitalise on everything Kennington has to offer and renovate/detonate the existing house in a fantastic location.

"Easy living"
All of Kennington is a short walk to the shops in Kennington/Strath village or an easy bike ride into Bendigo CBD, public transport leads up to the university that way it's sort of a main transport hub. Backs onto one tree hill, a national park with plenty to explore
