"Wow Willow Vale"
Willow vale is a peace suburb of the northern Gold Coast located just a few clicks west of Pimpama. The area has a development called the Grange that features large acreage lots with mansions perched throughout the valley. If you love country living then this is for you, brand new houses of valley acreage blocks located a short distance a 8-10 minute drive from the highway to Gold Coast and Brisbane.

"Willow Vale - Growing area with new homes."
Willow Vale is located in the Gold Coast on the boarder of the Hinterland yet only 7kms from the motor way and Dream World. Willow Vale offers some lovely scenery and one of the major draw cards of the area is its peace and quiet whilst still close to all Gold Coast amenities. There is good accommodation at Ruffles Lodge and The Golden Door health Retreat. Many of the homes in the area a newer style with more housing estates being built and as a consequence home prices are on the rise as demand increases. Willow Vale is far enough way for a quiet lifestyle yet close enough to get to all amenities of the Gold Coast.
