"Great family suburb!"
Kinross has a great vibe and is perfectly located adjoining the freeway and the train station. Two major shopping centres and the beach within 5 minutes. Great people and neighbourhood with very nice community spirit. Above all, a very safe suburb.

"Safe and close enough to just about everything you could possible need."
Close to the beaches and one of those suburbs that you can still feel safe in. With good Schools and two Day care centres and a medical centre, families are well catered for. Furthermore there are a number of parks well suited for recreational activities.
There is also the centrally located 'Kinross Central' shopping centre with a Supa IGA which offers convenient shopping for residents, along with the smaller shops and restaurants located at the shopping centre. If you are looking for a wider shopping choice 'Lakeside Joondalup', 'Currambine Central' and 'Ocean Keys' Shopping centres are all only a 5-15 minute drive away.
NIghtlife is perfectly located far enough away in Mindarie, Clarkson, Currambine and Joondalup as to NOT have undesirables walking through the suburb late at night intoxicated and causing havoc!

"Great family suburb"
I have lived in Kinross for a few years now and I love it. It's a great place for families as it has 2 schools (primary and middle school), 2 small shopping centres (one with a supermarket), doctors, childcare centres and many parks and sporting facitilies. It's also a 5 min drive from the beach and Joondalup (major business/shopping precinct). It's about 30 mins from the city by train, and about 20 mins by car (not in traffic). It's also well priced considering you get a fantastic environment and neighbourhood. If you're looking for nightlife or restaurants then this isn't your suburb (hence the relativly low price of houses), but all those things are within a few minutes drive with Currambine (next suburb) getting a pub in the near future.

"Good spot to live"
I find Kinross a good place to live. It is close to Joondalup and if you work in the north it is convenient to work. Even getting to the city is relatively easy as it is about a half an hour on the train which is only a couple of minutes drive to the station (which is surprising given it is twenty something kilometres from the city). Overall it is a good place to live.

"Has everything you need"
I really like living in Kinross. It is convenient to the beach, shops (Joondalup) and public transport (30 minute train ride to the city). It also has good schools and the local childcare centres are fantastic - we had our daughter at Kinross kids care for a number of years.

"Close to everything that counts"
We lived here for several years before being transfered interstate. We found the community friendly and the majority of the houses and gardens well kept. Its only minutes to burns beach, there are heaps of parks and you can access the Mitchell freeway and be into the CBD in about 20 mins outside of peak times. Joondalup is also minutes away and all the shopping that you could desire is there. It has great public transport. There is a large volume of traffic in peak times and it will stay like this until the Mitchell freeway is extended. The public school also has an excellent reputation.

The primary school has a very good reputation and there is a catholic school in Currumbine which is also very good. I'm not sure about the high schools as our kids are only young and we didn't look into them in depth.
"Fantastic neighbourhood"
The environment is great in Kinross. Most households are house proud. The presentation of the house and the gardens are all fantastic. IT is a safe suburb, great to bring up kids. There are a number of parks and close to shopping centres and transport. Not to mention only 5 minute drive to the beach. Great location - close enought o CBD and far enough to have your own oasis.
