I've been living in Klemzig for the past three years, having moved from Magill, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. As a University lecturer and a single mom raising three girls, finding a safe and nurturing environment was my top priority, and Klemzig has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Klemzig offers a wonderfully safe environment for families. The streets are quiet, and the sense of community here is palpable. I feel secure knowing that my daughters can play outside or walk to school without worry. Neighbors look out for each other, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie among residents.

Compared to my previous home in Magill, Klemzig is much quieter and offers significantly more parking space on the streets. The reduced noise level has also contributed to a more peaceful and relaxed living environment.

It’s just a short distance from several large gyms, including Derrimut, which is the biggest gym in South Australia. Additionally, you’re close to Coles, Bunnings, and a wide range of shops and restaurants. It’s incredibly convenient to have all these options so nearby.

This suberb is so good; professional people; friendly; very safe for growing family and kids; close to everywhere; close to shopping centres; beautiful streets and trees; you can wake up with birds ! This Suberb is located close to Walkerville which is a very good suberb and have the same type of future with the price of house going up and up significantly as more and more people get to know this fabulous superb

I have been renting here before and choose this one with open eyes after 2 years of living here ! Hopefully you can find a place here to buy! I would say not good for renting as it is a bit expensive for renting and renting is wasting of money !

I live there, it is awesome

Great suburb, everything is within a 10 minute drive or less. The O'Bahn buses at the Klemzig interchange get you into the city in just 10 minutes which is fantastic and my husband uses it to get to work most days.
There are a few neighbours with dogs where we live (in the central northern part) but most of the time they don't bark. I am at home most of the day with my one year old and most of the time it is very quiet, though we do hear sirens once or twice a day going along the A10, but nothing long-lasting.
The library and Coles just across the A10 road in Greenacres are fantastic, nice and big and lots of easy parking. The Greenacres Surgery is also great with bulk-billing, scheduled appointments with your chosen doctor and short waiting times.

I lived in klemzig for years, really nice area, close to everything. I still have a property there, a really good investment.

Klemzig is a north east suburb of Adelaide. I love Klemzig! Everything you need is within close proximity: 10 mins to the city, Linear Park, walking trails, duck and bird life lakes (which is the River Torrens) Everything is great about it! Incredibly safe, quiet, great internet acces, very clean and green, and it is full of community spirit! Move to Klemzig and fall in love!!

Klemzig is a fantastic suburb to live in. The beautiful tree-lined streets and linear park make daily walks a pleasure. Its so close to the city (only 7kms), North Adelaide and Norwood for cafes and restaurants. There are a lot of lovely new houses being built. Its definitely a hidden gem that is sure to increase in value in future, being so close to walkerville and vale park, I am surprised it is still so affordable.

I have lived in Klemzig ever since I moved out of home 15 years ago. I absolutely love it and it is fantastic for my children. It is close to all shopping, cinemas and restaurants - City, Tea Tree Plaza, Sefton Park Shopping Centre, Norwood Parade, North Adelaide, Golden Grove Shopping Centre. And to top it off my neighbours are super friendly. The positives just go on and on!

Klemzig is a suburb which has begun a journey of transformation and is rapidly becoming the jewel in the crown. Where there were once old timber framed homes we now have stylish brad new up market homes and townhouses.

I love living in Klemzig - it is only 7 kms from the CBD and still so affordable. You are also within a short drive from great entertainment/dinner venues such as Norwood Parade and North Adelaide. Streets are clean and people are friendly. Have lived here for 8 years and never had a problem with crime. Wouldn't live anywhere else!!

Close to the city, tree lined streets, a good selection of shops and great transport, Klemzig is a hidden gem. It hasn't received the positive feedback it's deserved for too long. Klemzig is a suburb of two parts, one closest to the city on one side of OG road has some more industrial parts. However, with playgrounds and some great streets that rival highly prized vale park it is a great spot. It’s easy to get to the city by car or on the good public transport services. You could be in the city in as little as 7 minutes!
On the other side of OG road where the bulk of Klemzig sits there is a lot to like. The streets are a good width, and well lined with trees. There are shops close by and schools.
Both sides offer close access to Marden, Firle, Greenacres, the city and Tea tree plaza. Linear park is there for that great stroll by the river.
Klemzig is a great spot for young families but young couples and singles will find a lot to like about the area.
The units on OG road however often have a number of issues around crime. However, Klemzig is a safe area.
