"Beauty safe leafy suburb"
Lambton is a beautiful safe suburb with a nice set of shops and one of Newcastle's nicest parks. It's safe, leafy and wonderful for growing families. We've recently moved into the area this year and absolutely love it.

"Great community feel"
Great central location, Newcastle CBD is only a short drive with major shopping centres at Charlestown and Kotara also easily accessible with public transport and again just a short drive from Lambton. Great sought after High school and primary schools with well maintained sporting fields.
Quirky cafes and local restaurants.
Rental returns will vary depending on property, I would always recommend a comparable market appraisal to determine estimated rental return.

"The centre of Newcastle"
Lambton is the centre of the town. Being 10 minutes into Newcastle's CBD or 10 minutes to Lake Macquarie. Lambton consists of middle aged families and has a great community spirit. The cafes are to die for and there are plenty to choose from!
