Reviews of Lang Lang, VIC
"Lang Lang is a great place to call home"
I can honestly say Lang Lang is a great place to call home, especially for young families. There’s something special about living in a small, rural town where you get to know everyone, and there’s always a friendly wave or a quick chat at the local shops. The wide-open spaces here are perfect for kids – they’ve got plenty of room to play and explore, and it’s such a safe, peaceful place to grow up.
Even though Lang Lang has that relaxed, country vibe, we’ve got everything we need nearby – schools, parks, and local shops are all within easy reach. And if we ever need more, Pakenham and Cranbourne are just a short drive away. It’s really the best of both worlds – you get the quiet and space of rural living, with the convenience of bigger towns not too far off. For anyone looking for a close-knit community and a great place to raise a family, Lang Lang is the perfect spot.
"A Quiet, Family-Friendly Suburb"
Lang Lang is close to Melbourne but feels like a country town. It has beautiful scenery, plenty of outdoor activities, a friendly community, good schools nearby, and affordable housing. Lang Lang is a great place to live for people who are looking for a quiet, peaceful town.

"Recently Moved to Lang Lang and have no regrets!!"
Recently moved to Lang Lang and have loved it so much. We call it the 30min town, because it is about 30mins (give or take) from so many beautiful and convenient places. Phillip Island, Wonthaggi, Leongatha, Korumburra, Drouin, Pakenham, Cranbourne etc. While it does seem quite far away, it really isn't. Not great for night life, but definitely family friendly. We were warmly welcomed to the street we now live in, a neighbour even baked us a cake. We have found ourselves spending more time outdoors adventuring southern Vic. We have no regrets!

"A fantastic place to raise a family"
We moved to Lang Lang almost 2 years ago and think it's perfect for us. We are a young family and love the peace and quiet that the little country town offers. The people in Lang Lang were welcoming and very nice. The parks are lovely and clean and the girls love going to the child care centre 2 days a week for socialising with their friends. Our oldest also loves doing Ballet/Jazz at the local hall. Lang Lang provides a lot, for a small town, to offer for the kids in terms of netball, football, all different types of dancing, etc. We will definately be staying in Lang Lang.

"Country peaceful friendly lifestyle close to city and surf."
30 minutes to Kilcunder, Philip Island, Cranbourne, Warragul, Berwick, Fountain Gate. 60 minutes to the CBD (in off peak traffic). Rural village living but short drive to heaps of amenities, cities. Great if your into surfing and beaches, excellent schools in the area with buses to schools in most of the towns listed above. Room for the old fashioned back yard, fruit trees, a few chooks, three playgrounds, a skate park and a great little shopping area and close enough to still work in town.
The lifestyle country village close to everything, close to modern life but in the friendly close community of yesteryear.
