"One of the best kept secrets in the otways."
Yuulong is the most central locations in the Otways, with the most popular atractions within a 50k range. Most properties along The Great Ocean rd have ocean views and rolling hills, it is an ideal place to live or just come and relax. Yuulong is just 8k West of Lavershill P12 college,Roadhouse/ tavern, Postoffice/ generalstore and Tearooms. most properties are of substantual acerage but there a select number of properties ranging from 1 to 25 acres. Yuulong is an easy 2.5 to 3 hour drive from Melbourne. With areas like Johanna and Appolo bay being priced beyond the reach of the average buyers. Yuulong represents great value.
