Reviews of Mansfield Park, SA
"Literally NEVER Experienced anything bad."
Grew up there, lived there for multiple years, i used to go the park in front of our house alone practically every day after school, and learnt to bike there. NOTHING ever happened in the 4 years or so i lived and grew up there, went to the YMCA swimming and basketball club, biked to the hungry jacks multiple times, it’s absolutely a great suburb. I didn’t even know that people thought of it badly until recently. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

"Mansfield Park..."
My friend lives in Mansfield Park and he loves it. He lives near Reg Robinson Reserve. He told me its very safe, and very peaceful. The only thing bad my friend says is that the 'Nightlife' on Hanson Road is terrible to say the least. The parks are very well kept. There is some graffiti on the new playground, which is very disappointing!
Hopefully you can find a lovely home in Mansfield Park and have a quiet lifestyle.

"Hmm"
Not the nicest place to live. High crime, huge amount of house construction, less than affleuant area. 20mins from the city with good public transport. I am glad I moved out, though I have kept my house and am renting it out. Tennant applicants however typically bad for this area.
The 'nightlife' on Hanson road is questionable to say the least...

JinJin, I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic.
"A redevelopment does wonders to a suburb"
I've lived in Mansfield Park for nearly 30 years now (two different houses and going on third now), and the transformation the Westwood development in recent years has done wonders for the suburb.
The suburb has a rich history - going from working class suburb to more family oriented middle-class with lovely double storey homes, big parks and great facilities in the form of the Parks recreation centre. Being 7km from the CBD also has it's advantages as I'm a city worker. I much prefer Mansfield/Athol/Ferryden to older suburbs such as Croydon, as most of the houses are relatively new and the Westwood development has meant some decent money has been put into streetscape, public parks, bike trails etc.
Lots of restaurants around here (especially around hanson road), with a real cosmopolitan feel.
Yeah, love it what more can I say.
