Lived here for almost 3 years, getting busier but gradually. Beautiful landscapes, and streets are quiet and picturesque.

"A+ for living in"
North Avoca is a beautiful place, the ocean is close by no matter where you live here. The summers are always several degrees cooler than in other suburbs, it does however get very cold in winter, but you can't have it all. It's quiet, the neighbours are 99% great, (well you always get one don't you) the bird life here is amazing, I feed Magpies, King Parrots and hand feed wild Rainbow Lorikeets, not many places you can do that in. There are schools both primary and high close by, Erina Fair is 7 minutes away, Terrigal Beach with all the eateries is less than 5 minutes away, and the only people who walk around here live around here. Nightlife isn't too far away only a few minutes, but thankfully it's not right in our area, no noise, yay. Public Transport isn't the best there are only about 3 buses a day, you definately need a car. Being coastal it does rain a lot, but that's what keeps it lush and tropical. I've lived in a lot of places around Australia and overseas, and this is definately one of the nicest.

"The most beautiful, tranquil place in the world!"
I love North Avoca. It has that North Shore feel. Lots of trees a mixture of housing types and so peaceful.
All this and a few minutes to Terrigal and Erina for the shopping, restaurants, night life, movies, gyms, childcare facilities, schools etc.
It also has a beautiful beach and is very close to Terrigal and Avoca Beach as well. Neighbours are friendly and it gets the sea breeze - so cool in Summer.
Probably has the best resale value on the Coast it really is the most desirable address on the central coast.
Very safe area - have not seen any vandilism or heard of any crime.
It is just perfect.

"Peaceful, natural and inviting"
The fact that there are no nightlife, gym, shopping, medical or eating out options available in North Avoca is what makes it such a beautiful place to reside. These facilities are all available just over the hill at Terrigal or Erina. North Avoca is a nature lovers paradise and is the perfect place to raise a family or relax into retirement. It's safe and friendly and you can always get a park at the beach even in peak summer. It feels more like a village than a busy tourist area. I've lived here for 29yrs and wouldn't think of living anywhere else. Not sure that the mozzies are any worse than anywhere else on the coast.
