"Great suburb close to lakes, businesses, great new schools and stealthy yet well located motorway access"

Great place to live.

A lagoon is coming soon, alongside a supposedly Michelin star restaurant.

Usually I take ‘coming soon news’ lightly however BellaVista and Norwest’s long term developers, Malaysian originated Mulpha Group, has always over delivered.

Timber focused offices, under construction now, next to amazing hospitals and great access to storage units means you can live waterfront and still store all your goods very strategically.

There is also a private free bus service for all residents on demand using your existing Opal card with 100% rebates given.

A huge boost to infrastructure is coming in the form of soccer fields, and main Memorial Road Fairway Drive upgrades.
