"Country feel but 20 mins to the city 😀"
Old Beach is a quiet little suburb about 20 minutes from Hobart CBD. Part of the drive into town is very picturesque along the Derwent River. The area down near the river has some dense housing but there are also areas of large country acerages which are absolutely beautiful. There is a nice walk along the riverfront, great for talking the dog for a walk. The area loses points for lack of community vibe. A regular farmers market or something similar would be great and more community get togethers. Overall a great place to live.
