"Very peaceful family area"
Friendly people all around the Hill, not much traffic except for locals and the occasional tourist up the top of hill. Homes seem to add value faster tahn most other areas of Bundaberg and only place you will have a decent view over farms onto ocean and city. Plenty of Kangaroos in park for early walkers and excellent walking tracks approx 8 km of walking thru parks and tracks.

"Great for growing Families"
Best location in Bundaberg and surrounds. Views from every home located on hill , from city views to coastal ocean views over cane fields.
Best schools located 5-10 mins drive for families , recent new woolworths opened at Bargara is 10 min drive better than driving into Bundaberg city for groceries.
Excellent walking tracks thru local vegetation and large park with Bbq facilties etc.
Downside no sewrage on any block only septic tanks , upside has town water.

"Amazing views"
The highest point around Bundaberg area, this hill has a lookout at the top... the homes here boast amazing views, some facing the ocean and on the opposite side you can see the outskirts of Bundaberg and the city lights of an evening. Groovy little walking track and you can climb up to the top of the water tower!
