Why paul Hercules is the price a ripoff and you lose out when you sell?
"Great place for families and retirees"
The locals are very friendly and always keen to help each other out. This is a small town community with access to all the necessities. If you love fishing or water sports, Renmark is the prettiest town on the river with excellent river access at many locations. A great place for just about anyone!

Thank you for your input. Much appreciated.
"An oasis in the country!"
Lovely and green, the town council used foresight and uses recycled effluent water and keeps the parks and medium strips green and lush. Renmark has recently acquired a new shopping plaza with Big W and has a variety of smaller shops. The town has a number of primary schools and a high school plus Tafe campus. Excellent child care facilities. Main town area makes good use of the beautiful river with clubs and hotel having river frontage. The river provides a huge tourism pull and a great source of recreation and sporting events. A great place for people of all ages and stations in life.

"The Capital City of the Riverland"
Renmark is a great place, and like the other towns in the riverland, the Murray River is central to the town and provides everybody with great recreation facilities. Is also the central town for the fruit growing region of the Riverland.
