Reviews of Rosevears, TAS
"Stellar views, scenery and serenity"
Rosevears is a beautiful suburb located in the best place in the Tamar Valley, right by the water. Boasting spectacular views of the Tamar River, Rosevears has a calm and quiet atmosphere. A safe place to raise a family, the suburb has a very small town community feel. Just a 5 minute drive
to Legana and 25 minutes to Launceston, it is the perfect place to call home. A mix of old and new properties, renovated and original there is the house type for everyone.

Rosevears is a small rural community in the West Tamar area. It is situated approximately 25 minutes from Launceston and 5 minutes from Legana. This small little town is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and untroubled area to live. The views are stunning and the community is even better!

"New Resident"
We have recently moved there from Sydney and are amazed at the wonderful peace and calm, the views and the friendly locals. It is a greta place for gardening and being ouside. The climate is temperate and frost free even though it can get foggy.

"A place to get away from it all but still be close to shops and town"
A beautiful and quiet location, feels very safe and everyone is friendly. I can see myself living here for a long time. Would be nice to have a proper footpath along the foreshore though for runners like myself, although when I go running early in the morning I hardly see a car.
