"Best for Young Family With Kids"
Love the green spaces, long range views and with a relaxing and peaceful environment. It's a great family suburb. Close to the beach.
It had good proximity to the city 28 mins and the airport. Close to Hallet Cove Railway Station and major routes of Lonsdale Rd, Main South Rd and the Southern Expressway and bus routes Great spot for families, who are looking for an affordable entry level suburb. Great schools, and recreational parks. Busses take you to the Marion shopping Centre and to the Train Station at Hallett Cove. Hallett Cove Shopping Centre is only a 2 minute drive away as is the sport centre at Trott Park.

"Spinnaker Circuit is Fantastic"
I never thought I would like living in Sheidow Park, but 12 years on, and I must say it is PERFECT, great choice of schools and recreational facilities, shopping has improved immensely with the new extension of Hallett Cove shopping centre, Spinnaker Circuit itself is neatly tucked away behind St Martin De Porres Catholic School, only one way in or out - neighbours are not in your face, but always there to lend a hand. Great Sea Views and Gully breezes and night lights
I could recommend this area to anyone, 25 minutes to the city, 10 minutes to Marion, 5 minutes to the beach

"Perfect Hideaway"
Being located inbetween Lonsdale Highway and South Road is bliss. There is no traffic for people trying to get to A to B, only people going home. As both those main roads are just as convientent to get where you are going.
I live right near Patpa Rd (the road to the new Hallett cove Shopping centre) and the Council has done an amazing job with speed limiting and natural floura to limit any sound. I can sit out the front of my house and not hear a single sound.
There are never any sketchy people walking the streets. and due to the twists and turns of the SouthBank streets, the only people who drive past my house are my next door neighbours.
The only floor I have is that I can see the blurring blue light of barncle bills at the new shopping centre from the front lawn. However that will disapear once the new retirement village is built accross the road from the shopping centre
Sheidow park... is the place to be. Especially on the South Bank

"Great Value for Location in Friendly Suburbia"
Handy location - not far from beaches and very close to the new Hallett Cove shopping centre. Only 10 minutes to Marion. Most of the streets have sidewalks and the neighbourhood seems friendly. Only traffic hotspot would be Lander road but besides that the streets seem quiet enough.
