"Spring Far - Beautiful town in the middle of nowhere"
Nice new homes for fairly reasonable prices....if you like a 12 hour workday then 'Spring Far' is perfect. Personally we had enough and moved to Seven Hills. The extra $300k we paid for our new property is money well spent, believe me. Imagine gaining 20 hours a week with your family.

"Nice area to live"
I lived on the East side of Spring Farm- Montazah St a few years ago. I didn't have any problems with the neighbours or the area. There is plenty of green space around and parks. William Howe reserve is close by if you like walking or riding up a mountain and checking out the views. I recommend the streets off Dewpoint Drive because the area is more concealed and further away from the Camden Bypass

Not great for
- Still a lot of development going on

"Lovely area to live"
Really enjoy living in Spring Farm. Since its a brand new estate, everyone is really keen to look after there homes so its a clean and tidy neighbourhood. The land is small but I dont mind because there are plenty of walking tracks around, and as the area grows there will be a few more parks. Also only 8 minutes from the M5 and only 2 minutes from Narellan Town Centre which has plenty of shops and a cinema. Lots of schools nearby too. Love it!
