"Everything You Need - (Ran out of Space)"
Lived in St Clair since 2018, since then nothing crazy has happened, however in the last few months a relatives car window got broken, luckily the person who broke the window didn’t take anything, and our neighbours house was broken into and got robbed of some valuable items, other than that nothing bad has happened i’ve gone biking a bunch never seen anything bad happen, kept it locked at the st clair village multiple times and nothing happened. Overall it’s been great with some expections.

"Surrounded by parks and sports, a great place to live!"
St Clair is a wonderful place to live with lots of social activity and is surrounded by walking trails and wildlife. Sports are an abundance and shopping on your doorstep. We also manage over 15 properties in the suba=urb and all tenants are long-term given open space and community feal. Tim Morris
