Easy 30 minute commute to Launceston, Exeter is 5 minutes away and only 15 minutes to a major shopping precinct at Legana.

"Swan Point Is Truly Sublime"
An absolutely stunning and much loved location filled with wildlife! We adore the Patricia Beach walk that winds around the foreshore.
The native bush is filled with wallabies, rabbits, echidnas and bandicoots and the scenery is truly breathtaking.
The Tamar Valley is divine and Swan Point has plenty of Swans and bird life and is a convenient distance to Launceston.
We love living here and highly recommend it to bush walkers and nature lovers. It’s a real hidden gem!
