Reviews of Sylvania Waters, NSW
"It's all about location"
Sylvania and Sylvania waters is a beautifully established suburb with water views right at your doorstep. Conveniently located close to Miranda Westfield and approximately 10 minutes to Cronulla beach. Great for families that enjoy being outdoors, dog friendly beaches, fishing arears, parklands, eateries and one of Sydney's best burger joints.
Paul's burgers.

"Value for money property and an even better lifestyle"
The more time I spend in Sylvania Waters (SW) (including the surrounding suburbs), the more I come to fall in love with it.
Considering what a waterfront home costs along the east coast of Sydney, Sylvania Waters offers true value for money without compromise of lifestyle. Personally, being just outside the massive hustle and bustle of the city is a massive attraction for me, without being too far at the same time.
The only "downfall" is that the is no SW train station, however that just means less congestion and more exclusive lifestyle too. It is compensated with lots of bus stops, ride sharing options and quite streets and plenty of on-street parking.
The water is nearby for a nice stroll - any time of day/night, eateries and cafes are great and Archies Flame Grille at the local SW shopping village is a must, however for more shops, chains and services at Southgate shopping centre is only a stone throws away.

"Homesick for Sylvania"
Have been living in UK for 10 years and can't wait to return to sunny Sylvania, having a cappo in Southgate, a swim at one of Cronulla's beaches, a walk in Camelia Gardens and retail therapy in Miranda Wetfield. Our kids will benefit from great schools and easy commute to unis and the city. I have lived everywhere in Sydney - and if you want nature and city access this is the suburb.

- Quiet tree lined streets.
Not great for
