"Great for family living and investors"
Amazing community feeling . Very safe neighbourhood with open spaces and plenty of parks and upcoming lakes . Local shopping options are growing with much improved public transportation options. The new virginia grove has inspired local development. This suburb has rare a unique distinction with many open spaces which gives a vibe of American suburbs. A true hidden gem which has already made markets frown with now 4BHKs single storeys hitting a million mark . Virginia shopping centre is expanding with many new developments coming up . Promising new schools with quality school principals in the catchment. In close vicinity to famous and highly regarded Trinity college . 35 min drive to the CBD with new express bus routes coming up.

"Much better than Mawson Lakes, One Tree Hill , Windsor Gardens ! - Will be the next address in Northern Suburbs"
I moved with my husband along with two young kids in Viginia , SA. My husband and I work in professional service industry. We moved to Virginia Grove recently and have liked since then the wonderful community here with lush green environment and clean area. We take our kids for a walk and meet lovely young other couples. We moved from Mawson Lakes and we cant just be more happy than ever with our decision. The prices would be soon going up due to a local OTR and Hungry Jacks coming up. Some good private schools around and the upcoming public B-12 School in Angle Vale has only added to the prospect of this suburb. Not to forget that the Buckland satellite city would be just across the highway adjacent to the Virginia Suburb !! Safe , clean and a community driven suburb . 30 mins drive to the CBD even in peak hours , 20 mins to Hoyts , 40 mins to Barossa Valley , 20 mins to Semaphore Beach , 10 mins to Munno Para Train station & 18 mins to Mawson Lakes train station with free parking . Cant complain now.

"A suburb revived!"
We have recently moved into the Virginia Grove subdivision and we're a young family with my husband and I about to hit our 30's. The 1200m2 of land we had to build on is amazing and the price per m2 was fantastic. With all the major development that's going on around Virginia (Northern Expressway & Buckland Park) it's only going to get better with more resources. Not great for school's in actual Virginia but with a low fee private school like Trinity College just a 10 minute drive away we're not fussed. Virginia still has the local charm of a small country town and I am very happy to be raising my young family here!

"Country living close to the city"
A market gardener’s heaven! Situated 45 minutes from Adelaide, Virginia is South Australia’s little Italy where market gardens and fresh produce abound. The homes are grand and palatial, and business is always bustling.
Situated on the western side of the RAAF base, Virginia can be subject to loud air traffic noise due to frequent test flights. Driving to the city can be slow at times, due to the number of trucks carrying fresh produce to the market.
Close to the urban centres of Gawler and Elizabeth, you have a full range of services, shops and facilities just a short drive away.
