We moved out of Waterford west 3 years ago after living there for two years. We live right on the boarder of Marsden. In this time we had two attempted robberies, two separate occasions where someone was shot on the street behind ours. Our cars were broken into and we had to call the cops three times on our neighbours for domestic abuse and other things like a teen smashing a car with a baseball bat and someone stabbing someone with a pitch fork. We just never felt save here. Unless it has change dramatically in three years I would not live here! But did have a good gym, close to shops and we never had any pest problems. I imagine it will one day be redeveloped and will hopefully be a nicer, safer place to live.

This place is perfect for a couple or family especially with schooled children. Very close to childcare and school. The neighbors are friendly. The house is very nice. Tinted. Not so hot in summer. In winter also not required frequent heater, Overall, life in this house is enjoyable with good scenery.

Waterford West is a fantastic suburb, very handy to everything and a safe place to live. There will be lots of developement in the area over the next years and that is exciting,
