"An absolute pearler..."
Fantastic location, a minutes drive to the beach or just walk it. Neighbouring Floreat, City Beach, Churchlands etc with easy access to Subiaco, Cottesloe, Scarborough and the city. Great schools, loads of mature trees and birds everywhere. One of Perth's secrets! I can't rate it higher.

"Wembley Downs A local perspective"
Wembley Downs is bordering City Beach, Woodlands and Doubleview. A reasonably small suburb tucked away in a nice pocket of Perth. Close to the CBD approximately 9 km with a good Transperth bus system and reasonable access to Freeways. Great schools are close by both Private and Public and so is the beach. The true beauty of Wembley Downs is its trees. There are many trees and it is hilly and yet so close to the city. Its other great attribute is its centrality to everywhere thats worth visitng. for example you can walk to the beach, shops and schools from my house but moreover you can be in any of Perths iconic places such as FREO, SUBI, LEEDERVILLE, NORTHBRIDGE, COTTESLOE and WEMBLEY in about 15 mins. Great restaurants are very accessible as is all the nightlife and the city centre. Perths premier exclusive western suburbs abutts Wembley Downs so if its a scenic drive along the river your after or the University in Nedlands then thats about 15 minutes away to. A great quiet location that allows you t have a good life. And by the way theres a dog beach at Brighton for the pooch. Regards Jenny Fry
