Reviews of Wilson, WA
"One of the best Suburb SOR, I tell you why."
Disclosure, Lived in Wilson on the Fern Rd side of the suburb for more than 4 years. It's near the river, cafe, and boat ramp. Really great lifestyle. Loved to jog around the street in Wilson, cycling around the river is refreshing.
I can't comment for the other side of suburb across Leach Hwy. It does have a different vibe to it, although we're on the same suburb

"Close to the river"
I grew up here. Beautiful spot that has improved in leaps and bounds since I was a lad.
Close to the river with plenty of parks. Some new cafes and eateries popping up.
Not trendy but quiet and safe. Family oriented.
The good streets are expensive now, but worth it.
Not that easy to get to the freeway (about 30 min from the city).
"Terrible Suburb"
I have had several things stolen from me before and almost all of them are stolen by residents of Wilson.

Quick access to the freeway, a few minutes drive to the airport. The city is up the road, not far from 5 different shopping centres. Plenty of unheard about restaruants with great tasting food. Love living in Wilson as central to everything.

"Wilson....THE best secret south of the river!!"
Having lived in Wilson for almost 26years, I can categorically say, WILSON is THE best kept secret south of the River. And CAHILL Court is THE best street/cul de sac in Wilson. If you are looking for a safe and quiet street to raise your family or to spend your retirement years, then Cahill Court is for YOU!! The residence in Cahill Court all look out for each other, they are helpful and very friendly. Cahill Court is just across the road from Castledare Miniature Railway where the trains run every 1st and 3rd Sunday. It's also only a short walk to Riverton Bridge where a new cafe is being built and where many families spend time having picnics, bbqs, go kayaking, fishing, bike riding or walking. If shopping is your thing then you'll be happy as Carousel, Karawara, the Bentley Centre and Stocklands Riverton are all only 5mins away. If you enjoy eating out there are some wonderful restaurants just nearby too including Eureka Road Chinese Restaurant, Marty's Gourmet Delicacies and Via Cafe to name a few. Wilson is a great place to live. But don't take my word for it. Come and find out for yourself. You WON'T be disappointed!!!
