Reviews of Wonga Park, VIC
"Great little Secret!"
Such a beautiful place to call home. This quiet little suburb is like a country town inside a city with such a great neighbourhood and wonderful treescape. The serenity is amazing as is the natural bush setting all in close proximity to shopping and other great facilities. A great place to raise a family.

"A lovely town where you can hear nature calling out to you..."
My wife and I moved to Wonga Park back in Q4 2014; it was a huge change from the place where we last rented out as it is much further from the city. But right from day 1, I have fallen in love with our new home. The air is much fresher and it is just a bit more quiet here than where we have lived in the past.
Although social life is pretty much non-existent, this is remedied by the fact that we can always drive a few kilometres away from our place for some good places to eat or have brunch. 15 minutes of driving and you can either be in the Yarra Valley Winery or in Ringwood.
No regrets, I am hoping the serenity of this place will remain the same for years to come...

"Gorgeous family suburb"
This is a beautiful suburb which is clean and green. A fantastic place to raise a family and send you kids to excellent schools, although still be reasonably close to the city. There is a lot of parkland and recreational reserves in which you can utilise for your enjoyment.
The average rental income for a 3 bed 2 bath property is between $480 - $520 per week.
