"Best of Both Worlds"
Yandina Creek is an exclusive acreage pocket minutes drive to Coolum's fantastic beaches. A truly stunning area with enough space to retreat to, and close enough to all those fine dining restaurants & cafe's, schools, shops etc.... Really nice place to be!!

Musgrave Drive Yandina Creek is a delightful place to live! Peaceful and quiet yet only 7 minutes away from beautiful Coolum Beach and all the restaurants etc., Christian College is short drive away and only 15 minutes to the Airport! It's a wonderful leafy area - lots of wildlife - we share our lives with resident families of Kangaroos; we hand feed a family of Kookaburras and Magpies show us their young every year! Neighbours are friendly without going overboard! It's the BEST KEPT SECRET ON THE SUNSHINE COAST or that's what everyone says who comes up the mountain to visit us!! Homes are varied and most are very up-market and there is fabulolus capital growth in the area!
