I need your help in deciding for buying land in tarniet or wyndham vale.
I am first home buyer and looking for good return as well after 4-5 years.

Grace estate getting land through nomination some 30k cheaper than habitate estate (294sqm) -title dec18
anyone bought in grace estate? need its review
Wyndham vale-
getting land in lollypop hill 350 sqm same price as habitate estate- expected title mar2019
which one should i go for? my budget around 430k
Also would buying unit.house in say werribee or wyndham vale will give better return? as i am renting too
please suggest

Go with grace. Tarneit is very good suburb and lot of planned future development.
