My Favourite Local Parks

Don't forget the Palmetum - bring a loaf of bread and feed the turtles in the river nearby (I don't recommend feeding the turtles in the ponds - they look murky enough without extra bread thrown in). I agree, though - The Strand followed by Riverway have to be among the best parks. Queen's Garden is great, too - especially with the aviaries over by the sporting fields. Having mastered the art of outdoor spaces with the Strand and Riverway, the council SHOULD do a good job when they get round to Kissing Point, too.
