Hi Folks, I am struggling to make a decision to buy a house and land package in Grandview estate in Truganina vs Orchard green in Melton south.
On one hand Truganina is closer to Melbourne CBD but train station, shopping places, schools and hospitals are not nearby. Future Westfield and train station is proposed though.
On the other hand, shopping places, schools, hospitals and train stations are quite close by to orchard green but it's quite far from Melbourne CBD as compared to Truganina.
