We have lived here for four years and during that time the number of nice old homes being torn down and replaced by generic looking McMansions or blocks of townhouses has sadly grown by the day. Apart from tradies & noise everywhere, it has also caused rapid increase in the amount of neighbourhood traffic and the number of cars parked on the road, to the extent that sometimes you can only get one car through at a time, especially around the corner on Dorking road and streets leading to Kerrimuir shops. We have noticed a large increase in the amount of people using our street from Middleborough road to access Dorking road and during school pick up & drops off times it's very busy
