What's Lovell Rd, Umina Beach like in terms of traffic, residents, distance to Coles etc
Am thinking of buying a place in the street. Looking to find a critique of the street - what's good, bad about it. Does the road carry a lot of traffic as a short cut between Veron and Ryan's Rd; distance to Coles - how long to walk it, neighbourhood etc.

Good central location - quiet and short drive to shops. This street has a good reputation.
