Moved here in early 2022 from Brisbane. Found that I can still get just about everything I could in the big smoke. Everything is closer of course, without the traffic hassle. And once the M1 is finished, will be less through traffic. People are generally friendly and helpful and there's plenty of green spaces in and out of town. Public transport isn't great, but that's country life. I'm happy I moved. No overhead jets, cleaner air and still have the amenities I need.
