"Simple living in the city"
We're in 3rd Ave and West raye. It's a nice little nook tucked between the park and steep hill. You better have an AWD or not drive at all during winter. Buses run and goes downtown in a breeze. Super quiet, safe for families and pet-friends. We have a minimalist/urban condo which fits in the landscape and way of life around here. People are quite well-to-do but not showy.

- Estately homes with good mix of townhomes
