Campsie is easily one of the best up-and-coming suburbs in Sydney. The price of apartments especially the brick walk up buildings are still quite reasonable. The residential areas are nice and quiet, and there is a lot of activity and great restaurants on the high street towards the station. The suburb has all the general amenities including a shopping centre, train station and major hospital. The new metro station replacing the existing heavy rail will open soon so access to the city is very quick.

The suburb to be very green with a number public parks dotted around the suburb. There is also a nice walk / bike path down Cooks River which is pretty scenic and good for an after work routine.
