Beaumont Hills

"A very nice suburb"

Well Beaumont Hills is a very nice and quiet leafy Suburb, with nice houses and people who care about the look of the gardens and houses. It is mostly a suburb for families but the suburb is not cheap. People say alot of kit houses but that is not quiet true the average house build price would be more like $300K plus.

In truth Rouse Hill and Kellyville are not as nice or exclusive. Castle Hill is old in comparison and half of the houses are dated in comparison.

The suburb is small so it will always be desired and not one unit in the whole suburb only houses. The schools are excellent and so is the many child centres around.

The walks and cycle ways are a nice blend with the real natural landscape.
I was thinking of selling but only if i could find another good block in the area as it is getting quite scarce in deed.

The people are polite and it is quite a danger free suburb.

Very Much recommended.

Beaumont Hills does have town houses the only units are those at Kellyville Ridge and the Rouse Hill Town centre, I thought Beaumont Hills was quite nice in the beginning but as it ages give me Kellyville, Castle Hill any day and if it was better that Kellyville and Rouse Hill how come the median house price is higher in Kellyville than it is in Beaumont Hills oh by the way I have lived in the Hills district for the most of my life
