Nice suburb easy access to everything you need. I don't drive but everything is within walking distance except south Kincumber Is a bit of a hike for me but buses come every 20mins so getting to the station or local areas like Erina or Terrigal, Gosford or Woy Woy etc are easy to get to. Love the fruit and veg market with the little cafe It's my morning go to and the pub is my Friday night - Great food at a good price and its a very relaxed atmosphere.
Lovely primary school my nephew goes there.
And I love the trees and the water we're pretty lucky on the coast and I don't take it for granted.
I would recommend Kincumber and surrounding suburbs I Can see my self a long term resident.
